By creating an account or using growth-fast.net (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Growth Fast provides AI-powered digital marketing tools, including SEO and GEO (AI-visibility) analysis, competitor analysis, marketing strategy generation, brand positioning, social media analytics, funnel/CRO analysis and e-commerce analysis, delivered via a web application and API.
Growth Fast offers a Free plan and paid plans (Starter, Growth, Pro, Business) as described on our Pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly via PayPal or major credit/debit cards. Usage limits reset each billing cycle. Prices may change with reasonable prior notice.
You may cancel a paid plan at any time; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, with no cancellation fees. Unless required by local law, fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable.
You agree not to: use the Service to analyze or scrape targets in violation of their own terms of service or applicable law; attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the Service without written permission; abuse rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage caps; or use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
Growth Fast retains all rights to the platform, its software, design and underlying technology. You retain ownership of the content and data you submit, and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service to you.
The Service provides AI-generated marketing insights and recommendations "as is". Growth Fast does not guarantee specific search rankings, AI-answer citations, traffic, or revenue outcomes, as these depend on many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growth Fast's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Growth Fast is registered, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence (including EU/UK users).
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
